Do you accept Electronic Devices from places other than the United States?
Yes. We accept Tronics from ANYWHERE in the world. We would even accept shipments from space but there isn't postal service there yet.

What payment options do you have?
Other than PayPal, we will send a check for no additional charge. PayPal is pretty cool though. If you don’t have it, you should get it. Also, you can have your payment donated to the charity of your choice.

How fast will I get my money?
We send out payment within 48 hours of receipt. If you request a payment via Paypal, expect payment within 48 hours of receipt. If you request payment via check expect your check to arrive about 7 days after we receive your gadget.

My cell phone is not on the list, what do I do?
Let us know. We are always adding and updating our list so please let us know so we can add your cell phone.

My gadget is in really bad shape, is the price quoted the price I will get?
It really depends, we need to salvage parts, so if there are no salvageable parts, we will only be able to pay for screws. So use your best judgment on what is or is not salvageable.

What types of Game Consoles do you take?
All of them! Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Game Cube, Nintendo DS Lite, Nintendo Gameboy Advance, Sony Playstation 3 / PS3, Playstation 2 / PS2, Playstation 1 / PS1, Playstation Portable / PSP, Microsoft X-Box 360 or Microsoft X-Box.

What types of iPods and iPhones do you take?
All of them! iPhone 4GB, iPhone 8GB, iPod Classic, iPod Touch, iPod Video, iPod Nano Third Generation, iPod Nano Second Generation, iPod Nano First Genearation, iPod Photo, iPod NANO, iPod MINI, iPod Fourth Generation, iPod Third Generation, iPod Second Generation, iPod First Generation, Shuffle First Generation and Shuffle Second Generation. If we missed anything, we take that too.

What types of Cell Phones, Mobile Phones, Smart Phones and PDAs do you take?
Pretty much all of them! Apple iPod, Blackberry RIM, Palm Treo, Palm Centro, Nokia, HTC, LG, Pantech, Motorola, Sanyo, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, HP and all the rest. We accept CellPhones from every carrier including Verizon, ATT, Cingular, Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Orange, Rogers and all the rest. Also, we accept Unlocked Cell Phones as well.

What condition does my iPod, iPhone, Cell Phone or Game Console have to be in?
ANY CONDITION! We accept iPods, Cell Phones, iPhones, and Game Consoles NEW, USED, BROKEN, Old and Damaged. We will accept your Dead, Water Damaged, Weird, Smashed, Burned, Cracked, LCD Damaged, Hard Drive Broken, Sad Face, Folder Icon, Ports Damaged, USB Plug Broken, No Sound, No Picture, Old or Depleted Battery, Opened, or any other type of damage or combination of damage possible. Also, if you have no idea what is wrong with your electronic device, we will take that too. For more details on this matter please see our Terms of Use Section.

What happens if I put in the wrong damage or type in the submission?
After receiving your product, we will revise the pricing to reflect the correct condition and/or type of electronic device that you sent us. If you are unsure what type of electronic device you have or what condition it is in, please feel free to email any questions to Brett@BuyMyTronics.com before sending your item in. What if I am not sure what type of electronic device I have?

If you don’t find your Gadget there then you don’t have something we take yet, but send us an email telling us what you do have, and we’ll let you know if we’ll take it. Are you a scam?
No. We are the real deal. We are as real as you are. If you don’t trust us, take a look at our press section and testimonials or do a Google search for us. Try to find any bad press or negative comments out there. If you do we will send you a cookie.

What do you do with the broken electronics I send you?
Many wonderful things. We are actually building a utopian society and sanctuary for electronics from around the globe. Actually, if you must know, we take your broken electronics and swap out parts to fix others, then resell your gadgets. We get hundreds of damaged electronics each month and as we grow and get more we will be able to fix more and more electronics because of our growing stock pile of parts. So send em’ in, in any condition. Don’t forget the used ones too.
